Important: By using Clonevity, you agree to these terms. Clonevity provides a voice cloning platform only - you are solely responsible for how you use generated content.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Uses: You may not use Clonevity to:

Impersonate others without explicit consent
Create content for fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal purposes
Generate hate speech, harassment, or abusive content
Bypass security systems or commit identity theft
Violate any third-party rights

1.1 User Responsibility

You warrant that:

You own or have legal rights to all source audio you upload
You have consent from any individuals whose voices you clone
You will not use generated content to harm others
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of audio you upload, but grant Clonevity a limited license to process it for service provision.

2.2 Our Technology

All Clonevity algorithms, watermarking systems, and platform code remain our exclusive property.

3. GDPR & Data Protection

Clonevity complies with GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation):

We process personal data only as necessary for service delivery
Voice data is encrypted in transit and at rest
Users may request deletion of their data per Article 17
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures

3.1 Data Processing

When you upload audio, we:

Store it temporarily for processing
Never sell your voice data to third parties

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 No Warranty: Clonevity provides the service "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness for purpose.

4.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clonevity from any claims arising from your misuse of generated content.

Legal Consequences: Misuse may result in:

Immediate account termination
Legal action for damages
Reporting to authorities where applicable

5. Ethical Use Requirement

By using Clonevity, you agree to:

Clearly disclose when content uses AI-generated voices
Not create misleading or harmful deepfakes
Respect individual privacy rights
Use watermarked outputs only for lawful purposes
Not circumvent our watermarking technology

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for:

Violations of these terms
Suspected fraudulent activity
Attempts to reverse-engineer our technology
Any use that threatens platform integrity
